Customer Privacy Policy:
- At Paragon Patterns, we respect your privacy! We will never share our mailing list with anyone. Your personal information is for internal purposes only, such as, shipping and credit card verification.
Returns and Exchanges:
Shipping:
- All shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3- 6 weeks for delivery. For custom orders please allow 6-8 weeks for the pattern development. All orders are shipped via US Mail, unless you request otherwise, except full rolls of pattern paper, which are shipped UPS. Shipping/handling fees for all Pattern Paper orders is billed separately and is the customers expense. For Express Mail, UPS Shipping or other freight, please call us at 253-565-0285 or E-mail us at service@paragonpatterns.com for details and shipping rates. For addresses outside of the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and FPO addresses, exact shipping will be charged to your credit card.

Returned Checks and Chargebacks:
Customer agrees to pay a $30.00 charge for any check, debit card or credit card payment not honored by the bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, NSF checks and/or chargebacks if items are delivered.
Shortages:
- Please check your order as soon as you receive it. All shortages and shipping errors must be reported to us within 15 days of the shipping date. If you are short any pieces in the kits, please contact us immediately for replacement. Please check the kits' components list first.
Pricing:
- We do our best to keep all of our prices current on the website, however, prices may change without prior notice. Custom patterns and industrial patterns are billed by the hour. Please see the patterns for manufacturing page for terms and conditions.
