Customer Privacy Policy:
- At ADS-Paragon Patterns, we respect your privacy! We will never share our mailing list with anyone. Your personal information is for internal purposes only, such as, shipping and credit card verification.

Contract:
- ADS- Paragon Patterns requires a signed Contract for Services, which we will supply upon request.

Purchase Orders:
- A signed purchase order is required before any work shall be done by ADS-Paragon Patterns. A purchase order is a binding contract.
Patternmaking and Grading:
- ADS- Paragon Patterns requires fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost of the order in advance and the balance is due before the goods will be shipped including freight costs. ADS-Paragon Patterns requires a size specs sheet, detailed sketch or photo, and a sample (if possible) for all original patterns. ADS-Paragon Patterns also requires a grade sheet with complete size specs that include all of the sizes to be graded. All changes to the patterns are the Customer's expense.

Customer's Responsibilities, Repairs, Returns, and Credits
- Customer shall inspect their order as soon as they receive it. ADS-Paragon Patterns must be notified by 10 days following the shipping date of any loss caused during shipping for ADS-Paragon Patterns to repair or replace the product at no additional expense to the Customer (as long as shipping insurance-- which is solely Customer's responsibility-- covers the loss). ADS-Paragon Patterns must be notified within ten (10) days following the shipping date of any manufacturing fault or defect with the product for ADS-Paragon Patterns to repair or replace the product at no additional expense to the Customer. ADS-Paragon Patterns has sole discretion whether the product will be repaired or replaced. ADS-Paragon Patterns must be notified by ten days following the shipping date of any nonconformance between the product and purchase order for ADS-Paragon Patterns to repair or replace the item at no additional expense to the Customer. ADS-Paragon Patterns has sole discretion whether the defective item will be repaired or replaced.

ADS-Paragon Patterns' Responsibilities and Warranties
- All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.

Payment Terms
A. FEE.
- In consideration of the performance of the contract, Customer agrees to pay ADS-Paragon Patterns compensation for the services with the total amount of the payment being stated on the contract.

B. Estimates.
- ADS-Paragon Patterns gives estimates on any services that are billed by the hour, including but not limited to, patternmaking and grading. The customer agrees that any changes are their expense and are not part of the estimate. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

C. Terms.
- All orders are C.O.D. (cash basis) or prepaid. Any C.O.D. order that is refused will be strictly prepaid (cash basis).

D. Rush Orders.
- All rush orders cost extra.

E. Samples.
- Samples are billed by the hour.

F. Deliveries.
- The Customer is responsible for freight costs. Any order which is refused must be prepaid (including double freight) in order to be reshipped.

G. Finance Charges.
- Customer agrees to pay a $30.00 charge for any check not honored by the bank for any reason. If ADS-Paragon Patterns does not receive Customer's payment by the due date, Customer agrees to pay a $25.00 late charge. Please keep all accounts current. There is a $10.00 minimum finance charge. Finance charges at a rate of 21% annually and late fees apply to all past due accounts. ADS-Paragon Patterns can accept and deposit late or partial payments or checks or money orders, or cashiers checks marked "payment in full" or otherwise restrictively endorsed without waiving our right to immediate payment in full or losing any of our rights under this agreement. Past due accounts shall be prepaid before ADS-Paragon Patterns does any new work for the Customer.

H. Past Due Accounts.
- ADS-Paragon Patterns does not fill any orders for past due accounts until the accounts are brought current. All accounts are turned over to our collection agency after the second notice.

Customer-Initiated Changes in the Work/ Change Orders:
- ADS-Paragon Patterns requires an additional billing at three (3) times the regular rate for any changes, including but not limited to, design changes, materials, patterns, etc., after receipt and confirmation of the Customer's purchase order and design approval. Any change orders must be reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
